In most states you can have them but you have to have a permit. You can get them at some exotic pet stores, if they don't have them they can usally order them and they should be able to tell you how to gwt the permit as well. Anyone can get the permit you just have to buy it and take a little course and test.Can u have a pet skunk?

It depends on where you live, but they are illegal in most cities/counties in the US, as they sometimes do carry rabies, and no vaccines are approved for use in skunks. Too bad, as they are very attractive and interesting creatures!
