How do you get rid of skunk odor inside a trunk and interior of a car?

A skunk sprayed the outside of my car on the rear fender. I washed the car but the odor remains inside the car and trunk. I have tried air freshners but made it only smell more terrible. What do I use as an odor eater?How do you get rid of skunk odor inside a trunk and interior of a car?

I read once that you should use tomato juice. Don't really know if it works.
We used an ozone generator. Works great. They kill any kind of odor. They aren't very cheap but are good.
