Can you have a pet skunk in MN?

I really want a pet skunk but i don't know if they are legal or if i have to get a permit.

Get a Skunk probably smell better then a Cat , try to find out if it is legal etc from your City Councils Animal Department .Can you have a pet skunk in MN?
Every year I have to renew my permit to keep my rescued domestic bred pet skunk legal. They are alot of work!! The previous owners didn't feed him correctly and he started having seizures. He is a happy healthy skunk now!!

My skunk doesnt smell... maybe like green peppers after he's been munching on them :)
you realize that skunks smell?!?! anyway, i dunno if its legal or not, but i seriously doubt it... Another (more fresher) animal u could get is a kitten (particularly Rag Doll cats because their REALLY cuddly, but also really playful) or a dog...
Why do you want a skunk for a pet? I am just curious. It's illegal!

a skunk?! really i dont think they actually sell them at shops. they fluffy and all but theyll will stink. you might as well buy an unlimited amound of tomato sauce!
