Go to a store and get Odoban (not sure how to spell, but this is how it sounds), it is made to remove such horrible smells. my brother used to detail cars and he would use this.
White vinegar in a bucket of hot water and Dawn (original) dishsoap. Also works on male cat urine.

The best thing to do is use GOOGONE on the spot, leave it for about 25 minutes then scrub with a sponge, until the sticky residue is gone. Continue to wash this spot over and over again. This should resolve your problem. If the smell is inside your car, take about 15 dryer sheets and lay under, in between your seats.
What colour and hows the detailing
Nothing works like lots of airing out... after a couple of days of that.. buy a case of baking power arm / hammer... pour it on carpets seats etc let it stand for a couple of hours then vacuum out... leave several of the fridge boxes that have like a screen on them so that the odor goes in but the powder stays in the box.. leave these in about a week and pitch and replace till it does not stink....
Here's a totally genuine old-timer way of soaking up the spray, and the smell. My boss's dad told me this and it worked. Go out on a dirt road (not gravel if possible), the dustier the better, and drive on it for a few miles as fast as is reasonably safe %26amp; legal. Don't get a ticket. The dust will stick to and absorb the skunk juice. Then take the car and run it through a carwash and blast away the dirt, and the rest will go away with it. I recommend the self-serve car wash where you can use the high pressure wand and really blast it good.
Don't use solvents or vinegar; they will damage your paint.
