How can I remove the skunk smell from my car?

My dad was driving my car and must have frightened the skunk as it sprayed the car, which now stinks. The smell is strongest towards the back of the car so it would probably involve cleaning the exterior. I had a car wash done, but that did not make much of a difference.How can I remove the skunk smell from my car?
